Jesus heals a demoniac

Jesus rebukes a faithless generation, which has a salutary effect on the father of a demon-possessed child; whereas at first he made no plea for mercy, but simply said, "If you can do anything, have compassion . . ." If? But after Jesus's rebuke he says, "Lord, I believe; help Thou my unbelief." He was humbled, as we all need to be, and then receives the healing of his son.. Sermon for Midweek of Lent II
